candidates in the field and are thoroughly checked. They must
all go through a comprehensive interview with our licensed
employment counselors and meet several requirements including
but not limited to:
- 2 years of professional childcare experience
- High School Graduate
- Background checks: social security, driving records and
criminal backgrounds (more can be done at the families
request)
- Doctors physical in the last 12 months
- CPR / First Aid Training certificates verified
